Time slots indicate when you should enter the exhibition. The encounter is a walk round experience and is not a show. Allow 30 – 90 mins, depending on if you want to read all the great educational stuff and play on all all the interactive games!

Queuing - it is possible there maybe a queue at peak hours even for those who have pre-booked, especially the first time slots at the weekends. There is no guarantee that visitors who have not pre-booked will be able buy tickets for the time slot they require.
Adult ticket prices apply to those who are 15 years old or over, with the exception of students and OAPs.
Children prices apply to children aged between 4 and 14 years old inclusive (age on the day visiting Dinosaurs Unleashed). Free entrance for children under 4 years old. Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. This exhibition may not be suitable for very young children or people of a nervous disposition. Please consider this prior to purchasing tickets as refunds are not available.
Students will be asked to show ID on entering Dinosaurs Unleashed to prove they are currently in full time education. We accept Connexion cards, NUS cards, ISIC cards or ValidateUK cards.
OAPs may be asked to show ID on entering Dinosaurs Unleashed to prove they are eligible for an OAP discount.
Ticket Collection can be made on the day from the on site box office. Please bring the credit or debit card used for the booking and the Ticketmaster reference number. The card holder may be required to sign for the tickets.
Payment can be made onsite with cash, MasterCard, Visa, Maestro/Switch, Visa Delta, Visa Electron and Solo. Cheques, Diners or American Express are not accepted.
Dates Dinosaurs Unleashed will be open from 28th January 2010 until April 30th 2010 (inclusive).
Disabled guests are fully catered for. The site is fully wheelchair accessible and there are disabled toilets on site. Whilst a disabled customer is required to pay for a full price ticket, one carer per disabled guest will be offered free entry to Dinosaurs Unleashed. All you need to do to receive free entry for your carer is to show proof of your disability living allowance or blue badge on arrival and identify your carer.
